You’re looking for a job that pays, right? While salaries in industrial distribution vary based on experience and education, compensation is competitive. In fact, on average, you’ll make more than your friends working as retail salespeople, firefighters, insurance agents or auto service techs.
The average salary for a sales position at an industrial distribution company ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on technical training, but most start in the $26,000-$35,000 range.
