What Skills Will I Need?

There are no single set of skills or interests that lead to success in industrial distribution. In some positions, the skills required are similar to those in many employment sectors.

But if you're interested in those opportunities that are specific to industrial distribution, it's useful to have a basic comfort level with technology, an interest in how things work, good communication skills and a desire to help industrial customers make their businesses productive and profitable.
