Sales in the PT/MC industry offered mixed results according to the October 2008 Market Outlook Report recently released by PTDA. Despite the not-so-terrible results for October, confidence levels, particularly for manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada, have dropped to record lows.
According to research conducted by Profit Planning Group, the power transmission/motion control industry has outperformed other industry segments over the past three years, particularly when comparing 2007 to 2006.
