Alliance Overview

The ICP Partner Alliance is committed to delivering real solutions to fundamental workforce development challenges in the industrial distribution channel.

We recognize that our members and constituents face similar problems with hiring, training and developing employees.  We are committed to working together to ensure the continued success of our members and the distribution channel.

The roster of alliance partners includes:

• Trade associations serving distributors and/or manufacturers of industrial products.
• Industry foundations dedicated to education initiatives to advance the distribution channel.
• Regional development organizations working to upgrade the skills of local workers and connect area employers with job seekers.

All trade associations, employer associations and development organizations serving the industrial distribution channel are invited to join the alliance.
