Our success ultimately rests on employers like you. Sustaining the ICP initiative requires your commitment to:

• Send current employees to ICP programs for targeted professional development.
• Use Pathway programs as a resource for entry-level hires.
• Offer on-the-job training to students through internships or co-ops.
• Promote careers in distribution to students and their parents, teachers and guidance counselors.
• Get involved in the Advisory Committee at an existing program.
• Work with our staff to launch a new program at a community college near you.
• Demonstrate leadership in your community: Build local scholarship funds to encourage schools to implement the curriculum and recruit students to take courses.
• Give back to the industry and benefit your firm: Donate money to underwrite operating costs to implement new ICP sites (over $30,000 over a 3-year period).
