Industrial Careers Pathway® (ICP) is a collaborative initiative of industrial distributors and their channel partners who are working together to build and fill an essential pipeline of engaged and prepared young adults interested in working in industrial distribution (ID).
A key component of this initiative happens in the communities where distributors live, do business and have an economic impact. It is there, at the local level, that industrial distributors need to find those early-career ID professionals. It is there, at the local level, that employees and potential employees need information, educational options, training and access to ID mentors.
ICP relies on local distribution partners to reach out in their community on behalf of industrial distribution.
