You will receive a list of possible matches with links to their resume to review their qualifications. If you think you've found a good match, just add their resume to your cart.
To get started, simply register your company on the
ICP Job Board and, once your account is accepted, click on the Resume Bank tab to start searching.
The ability to direct applicants to custom URLs
Set up postings to direct applicants to corporate websites to apply online in order to maintain continuity with existing hiring practices. It's a simple matter of including the desired corporate URL when preparing the posting.
Connect with interested candidates
Once you’ve found the resume of a candidate you consider to be a good match, you can make a connection with them by adding their resume to your cart. You will have an opportunity to provide a description of your position to forward to your potential connection. You will be asked for payment information at this time. However,
you will not be charged unless the candidate agrees to make the connection with you (14 days is allowed for this to occur). Then, and only then, will your credit card be charged $35 and contact information on this candidate be provided to you.
This is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to find potential employees. And, if you don't find a potential match, you can always post a position to the
ICP Job Board now that your account is all set up.
